Hampton Inn & Suites Parker

I love Hampton Inn Suites ❤️ My stays always feel like a welcome home every time I stay. Arrived Parker Colorado from Seattle yesterday and immediately greeted by Kay with a smile. Checking in early was no problem and even upgraded my room. Of coarse got to my beautiful clean crisp scent room and very well fixed bed, nice and comfy. This is your place to stay above all in Denver area. Oh and hotel is on a bit of hill to see the front range Mountain View’s as well bonus. Plenty of parking and beautiful breakfast this morning. I’m definitely returning again. 👍🏽

This location was seriously interesting: 1. For the rate this hotel is not worth that cost 2. Was on the 2nd floor, as soon as the elevator door opens, I looking at 4 large holes in the wall that was cut out 3. I thought for your Pet policy, you house them on the 1st floor only, well they were all over the hotel and one near me that had barking issues 4. I booked a room for my son and his wife and a room for myself, both rooms had ants (red) issues in the bathroom (I took pictures) 5. Someone at 5:45 am decided to burn toast which cause the fire alarm to go off when is was 47 degrees outdoors. 6. Because I eat Kosher you all may need to start offering turkey sausage and remove all meat from the omelettes. 7. Need to hire more English speaking or English understanding personnel because I asked if there was meat in the Omelette and she said, "No". I later saw there were small bits of ham These were just some of the major issues I had with this hotel. Will I return to this location? I don't think so....

Rooms were clean, service was decent. Breakfast service was a disaster. Served from 6-10, by 8 am they were running out of food. Every trash can was overflowing from breakfast trash, and the food options were very limited. The pool was cold (it's suppose to be heated) and the hot tub was drained and nonfunctioning. The people were very nice but the breakfast crew needs help.
